Use heat defence everytime you apply heat to your extensions.
Remove prior to holidays , Do not use toners or hair dye on your extensions. Sun and sunbeds will discolour your hair extensions.
We accept hair returned within 14 days of purchase this must be new un used in the original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 30 days to report this to info@jhairextensions.co.uk
